1. Beta Service
CloudGauge is currently offered as an early access beta service. The Service is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
CloudGauge may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service solely for internal business or personal cloud cost monitoring and analysis. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service
- Interfere with Service operation or security
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
3. Cloud Integrations and Permissions
You are responsible for:
- Granting appropriate permissions to CloudGauge
- Ensuring the accuracy of connected cloud account information
- Reviewing and validating any recommendations or insights
CloudGauge does not make changes to your cloud environment unless explicitly authorized.
4. Cost Data and Recommendations Disclaimer
CloudGauge provides informational insights only, including cost summaries, alerts, and optimization suggestions.
CloudGauge:
- Does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice
- Does not guarantee cost savings or accuracy of projections
- Does not assume responsibility for decisions made based on the Service
All actions taken in your cloud environment remain your responsibility.
5. API Access
Certain Service features are accessible via APIs. API access is:
- Tenant-scoped
- Subject to authentication and usage controls
- Intended solely for integration with CloudGauge-supported clients
Operational endpoints are not intended for public or third-party use.
6. Fees and Billing
During beta, pricing and billing terms may change. Paid beta access, if applicable, is billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. CloudGauge may suspend or terminate access:
- For misuse
- For security or operational reasons
- At the conclusion of the beta period
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”
- CloudGauge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- CloudGauge’s total liability will not exceed amounts paid for the Service during the prior 12 months
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudGauge from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your cloud environment or configurations
- Violation of these Terms
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
